The Founders Deal is our pre-sale offer before THE BACE opens. You secure your membership before opening and get a discounted Founders price for the first 6 months. In Phase 1, a total of 200 memberships are available.

Phase 1 starts on 09.09.2026 at 18:00 and runs through 27.09.2026 inclusive. From 28.09.2026, Phase 2 begins and runs until opening.

You decide how to use your monthly credits: Workout Club Class = 2 Credits Matwork Class = 2 Credits Gym = 1 Credit That lets you adapt your membership flexibly to your training. With 20 credits you can, for example, book 10 classes or 20 Gym visits. With 36 credits, for example 18 classes or 36 Gym visits are possible. With 50 credits you can, for example, use 25 classes or 50 Gym visits. Of course you can combine classes, Matwork, and Gym however you like.

Yes. That is exactly what the credit system is for. Workout Club + Gym on the same day cost, for example, 3 credits in total. Each use is booked separately.

The monthly included credits expire at the end of each month and are not carried over to the following month.

Yes. If your monthly credits are not enough, you can buy additional credits independently of your membership. 1 additional credit costs €5. Purchased extra credits do not expire at month end and remain until you use them.

Every membership includes one Guest Pass per month. That lets you bring one person who is not yet a THE BACE member once per month. The Guest Pass can be used for Workout Club, Matwork, or Gym and costs you no credits. The Guest Pass expires if it is not used in that month.

No, the guest does not need to be registered with us, and their own membership is of course not required.

Your membership only starts with the actual opening of the Workout Club. We currently plan: 17.10.2026 – Workout Club + Matwork 24.10.2026 – Gym 17.10. is therefore the official start of your membership – even if we begin with a soft opening.

That is intentionally part of our soft opening. From 17.10., Workout Club and Matwork are available. The Gym area follows as planned on 24.10.

There is no risk for you. Your membership and the first monthly payment only start with the actual opening of the Workout Club. If completion is postponed, your membership start moves back accordingly.

No. You secure your membership in the pre-sale, but the regular monthly charge only begins with the official start of your membership.

When you click “Get it”, you need a Bsport account. Once the account is created and you are logged in, you will be asked when billing should start: “I want to start billing on…”. Simply select 17.10. – the soft opening day. If you select a different date, we will set it to the correct date for you in the back office.

No. No joining fee. No additional one-time costs.

The initial contract term is 6 months. After that, your membership automatically renews for further 6-month periods. The Founders discount applies only to the first 6 months. From the first renewal, the regular membership price applies.

Yes. You can cancel your membership with one month's notice to the end of the current contract term.

No. A regular pause of the membership is currently not provided.

Classes can be booked 7 days in advance.

You can cancel your class free of charge up to 8 hours before it starts. For a later cancellation, the corresponding credits are charged.

Yes. Your Gym visit is also booked via Bsport. The selected slot is mainly for orientation and capacity planning. You do not need to arrive at that exact second, and there is no fixed maximum stay duration.

Gym bookings can be cancelled flexibly. The 8-hour class cancellation deadline does not apply to the Gym.

The Workout Club is our class concept and consists of different training formats around strength, conditioning, running, and hybrid performance. A Workout Club booking costs 2 credits.

Yes. You can book Matwork with every membership. A Matwork class costs 2 credits.

Of course. If you mainly want to use your credits for the Gym, each visit costs only 1 credit. You decide how to distribute your credits across Gym, Workout Club, and Matwork.

Yes. We partner with Wellpass, Urban Sports Club, Epassi, Wellhub, and ClassPass. Please note: aggregator access is limited. Per day you can use one service at THE BACE via your provider – so either: - a Workout Club class, - a Matwork class, or - a Gym visit. If you want to attend a class and also train in the Gym on the same day, that is possible with a corresponding surcharge. Depending on the provider, different monthly visit limits also apply. With Urban Sports Club, an M membership allows up to 4 visits per month at THE BACE, and L or XL up to 8 visits per month.
